To dry your shoes in a dryer. Cause it seems to short out the board.
Didn’t help I the misses was telling me this was a bad idea, moments before the dryer broke.
Welp, here’s hoping that the new board comes in quickly

See, this is why you should listen to Gakwer Media’s former resident clean person:

I never shorted out a board. Curled the toes of a few pairs of shoes from overheating them though.

I got some rocks that are pretty moist from our recent rainstorm. Mind if I throw them in your dryer?

A little trick I learned after getting caught in a monsoon in Japan... Tight your laces together, and then close them in the door with the knot on the outside. This way the shoes are kind of suspended in the dryer, and the knot will prevent them from falling all the way in. This will keep them from flopping around and beating up the drum.

I totally forgot about Jolie, she was one of my favorite writers here, too bad they let her go and I lost track

I do this a lot with my mountain bike sneakers. Here’s a protip. Tie the laces around a stick of some sort (i use a wrench) and hang them in the middle of the door (laces/stick outside) that way they don’t bounce around the barrel of the dryer and fuck shit up.

I lace them up in the first, middle, and last eyelets so they stay straight; tie a big loose knot about 6-8" up; and close the door on the laces with the knot out so they hang and don’t beat around the dryer.

Thanks. Also, keep the dryer on a low heat setting. That will help keep the stank down and you don’t have to worry about melting or damaging the soles.
